The continued good weather here in Sussex has been great for all kinds of parties. Today we catered for a “family get together” at a small farm near Petworth. It was not a wedding or anyone’s birthday, but it was a great time to have a family party. We served salads, sides and desserts, but the main course, a beautifully spit-roasted lamb, was provided by Butcherland Lamb Roasts (a local company based in Ebernoe).
